VANASAN Vana Fittings ve Dövme Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş, has been in the valve and fittings manufacturing and trading business since 1979. We are a leading manufacturer of more than 1200 various types of industrial valves in Turkey and our brand is now recognised in Europe and the Middle East. Our valves are used in refineries, petrochemical facilities, power plants, iron-steel plants and tire factories. In the last 15 years 25% of cast steel valves and 80% of the forged steel valves used in Turkey were manufactured and supplied by Vanasan.

Vanasan, has evolved over the years using the latest Technologies available and continues to grow with a professional team of staff in the industrial region of İzmit 74 kms outside of İstanbul.

Our primary product line is cast steel (including stainless steel), forged steel and bronze gate, globe, check, ball, plug and diaphragm valves and fittings in API/ASA/ANSI/DIN standards. Our valve sizes vary between ¼ inch and 48 inches. We also manufacture some types of valves in DIN norms although in limited numbers.

As a leading valve producing company in Turkey we pay undivided attention to our quality standards. All of our products are produced in accordance with ASA, DIN, CE, API and TSE standards within the frameworks of ISO 9001:2008 and API Q1 Quality Management Systems. Our valves have API 6D, API 600, CE, TSE certificates and our quality system has been certified by ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. All of our products are delivered after being tested, inspected, approved and certified with a 2 year warrantee.

Our welders are certified according to EN 287-1 standards and also have acquired EN 287-1 certificates for pipe welding. Our test operators have been certified with Level-1 and Level-2 certificates of non-destructive testing according to SNT TC 1A.

Vanasan produces and sells valves that are manually operated, gear operated or electrically actuated. Our actuated valves are equipped with Auma and Rotork actuators both are recognised around the globe as leading actuator brands. For customers who are interested we also supply pipes and fittings from well established local and foreign pipe manufacturers.

We have an experienced maintenance team that is available to offer their services both in our facility and on location such as power plants and refineries. This team has been working across Turkey with our customers for over 15 years with regard to the repairs, preservation and updating of all types of industrial valves using the lates technological equipment.
